Is there any way to get the opposite? A list of those <r> tags that do NOT
have a <status> tag following. I failed to mention that there are a few other
various tags that appear or do not appear based on several conditions, but
that "link" back to the previous <r> tag. Thus, it is not really possible to
know how many tags are between them.
