It's more usual to write empty elements as
<xsl:value-of select="Group"/>

Your notation is perfectly legal, just rather verbose.

>    <xsl:value-of select="Name"></xsl:value-of> \
>    <xsl:value-of select="Draw"></xsl:value-of> \
>    <xsl:value-of select="Folder"></xsl:value-of> \
>  page: <xsl:value-of select="currentPage"></xsl:value-of> to

> select="toPage"></xsl:value-of>

Add <xsl:sort select="Group"/> after the xsl:for-each.
