Although, please be gentle to customers with slower links. Serving up a
several hundred page document over a dial-up line when one only needs
chapter 3 is pretty rude. I appreciate it if I am given the choice of
downloading an index, a particular chapter or the whole document.
As mentioned earlier, caching rendered documents can help performance too.
