I received this message this morning.
Appears I am an awkward customer.
Please note that the site will be closed as of now,
its being used too much!
Its another 100 UK pounds per year, which I find unreasonable.
Sorry folks.

Late last month, we announced to all shell users that we will be
charging extra for additional data use.
Your account has automatically been suspended because you have exceeded
your 500MB/month web data transfer limit.
If you visit
http://controlpanel.ukshells.co.uk
and look at the 'Your Account > Data use', you'll see that already this
month, you have used 913MB.
We will only reopen the account this month if you agree to pay for the
additional data charges. If you don't want to agree to pay the extra
costs, the account will automatically be re-opened at the start of
next month, but if you go exceed the max limit for your account, it
will again be automatically suspended.
Do you wish to pay the additional charges? Please be aware that the
amount shown on the control panel at present will only increase if your
account is re-opened this month, as people continue to access your site.
Regards,
Stuart
