The problem is that you haven't got a template in this stylesheet.
You've just got a table element with various other elements inside it,
including XSLT instructions. Your processor *should* give you an error
when it encounters the table element, since you're not allowed to have
elements that aren't in a namespace at the top level of the stylesheet
-- perhaps it's being generous.
Probably you should have the entirety of the content of this
stylesheet wrapped inside a template that matches the root node.
