I saw the new Xml Inclusions candidate recommendation came out,
glancing through it I thought that it just might be possible to
implement it via xslt 2.0, this made me think that it might be possible
to do a variety of pure xslt 2.0 implementations of similar recs.
Anyone think that this might be a possible use of xslt 2.0, i.e
interpreted implementations of recommendations?
