Build instructions:

  unpack suite3270-3.3.15ga9-1-src.tar.bz2
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
	 unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  ./c3270-3.3.15ga9-1.sh all

This will create:
  /usr/src/c3270-3.3.15ga9-1.tar.bz2

This is just a rebuild of 3.3.4p7-1 with all prefix's set to /usr
and rebuilt in Cygwin 1.7

This is actually 3.3.4p6 with Pauls c3270-3.3.4-07.txt applied, effectively
making this 3.3.4p7.
This release has a number of fixes and new features.  Unfortinately the
one really cool feature (DBCS support) can't be enabled because I haven't
finished porting ICU to Cygwin yet.
