SNG (Scriptable Network Graphics) is a minilanguage designed
specifically to represent the entire contents of a PNG (Portable
Network Graphics) file in an editable form. Thus, SNGs representing
elaborate graphics images and ancillary chunk data can be readily
generated or modified using only text tools.

SNG is implemented by a compiler/decompiler called sng that losslessly
translates between SNG and PNG.

Runtime requirements:
  cygwin
  libpng12
  rgb

Build requirements:
  autoconf
  cygport
  gcc
  libpng12-devel

Build instructions:
  cd /usr/src
  tar -Jxf sng-1.0.5-2-src.tar.xz
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
    unpacked under /usr/src automatically.
  cygport sng.cygport all

This will create:
  /usr/src/sng-1.0.5-2.tar.xz
  /usr/src/sng-1.0.5-2-src.tar.xz

Or use 'cygport sng.cygport prep' to create a patched source
directory.
