Build instructions:
  unpack sysvinit-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>-src.tar.bz2
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
 unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  cygport sysvinit.cygport all

This will create:
  /usr/src/sysvinit-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>-src.tar.bz2
  /usr/src/sysvinit-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>.tar.bz2
  /usr/src/sysvinit-debuginfo-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>.tar.bz2

Or use 'cygport sysvinit.cygport prep' to get a patched source directory
  
To find out the files included in the binary distribution, you can
use "cygcheck -l sysvinit sysvinit-debuginfo", or browse the listing for the 
appropriate version at <http://cygwin.com/packages/>.

Port Notes:

 
 Init is supposed to run as a Windows service. This package does NOT have 
 an automatic postinstall script which does this for you.
 
 To create default /etc/inittab, /etc/rc and to install the init service 
 execute /usr/bin/init-config


 It is suggested to install the initscripts package which provides a
 System-V-like collection of system initialization scripts for cygwin.
