A tiny wget-like ftp-client for uploading files

A tiny ftp-client, that uploads files or directories to a
remote ftp-server. Main features are: resuming, timestamping,
wget-like interface, proxy-support and speed-limit.

Build instructions:
  unpack wput-0.6.2+git20130413-1-src.tar.bz2
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
    unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  ./wput*.sh all

This will create:
  wput-0.6.2+git20130413-1.tar.xz
  wput-0.6.2+git20130413-1-src.tar.xz
