The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* extractpdfmark-1.1.1-1

Extract PDFmark is able to extract page mode
and named destinations as PDFmark from PDF.
By using this you can get the small PDF files that have preserved
the page mode and the named destinations.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
