RE: Can't Open Display - Very Interesting results

I think you missed the point completly. The problem
does not seem to be with either of the xservers. The
problem seems to be with xterm and twm from the cygwin
distribution. I have been able to get xterms to appear
on both xwin32-X11 and Xfree86/cygwin. Only the xapps
from the cygwin distribution give the "Can't Open
Display"
