The following patch allows hw/vfb/libvfb.a to build with the new Win32
headers.
I'm not convinced this is the best solution. Maybe we should include the
appropriate X header??
This was the only change, beside the cygwin.cf and cygwin.rules patches, I
needed to do to build from CVS... I'll see how the install goes.
