huh? reboot? did you put it windows\system32 and added to yur autoexec.bat.
oh well WinME need to a rebbot every 30 minutes abnyway so can function...
no wonder ;-)

It works great for my WinMe now with the cygwin1.dll from snapshot.
You need to reboot the PC after you put in the new DLL file though.
