At work I use Microsoft OutLook, with 6 different mailboxes configured.
Can it be done without senidng my all the email to cygwin-xfree? ;-)
I usually hit reply -all then delete the sender address.... I do not mind
doing it.... but sometimes I do forget.

That is me.
Suhaib, the best way to deal with this is to set the Reply-To yourself.
That's what I do.
Alternatively, you can do this and set your From address to
'cygwin-xfree@cygwin.com'.
I'm not going to make a policy change of adding Reply-To for the whole
list.
