You need cygwin1.dll from April 14th snapshot or later

If I try to start xedit, I get
The procedure entry point _check_for_executable could not be located in
the dynamic link library cygwin1.dll.
My cygwin1.dll is dated 2001.01.31
Do I have something wrong with my setup?
