Please help! Remote clients rejected.

Hello,

  I installed the Xfree86 for windows and the local
clients (that came with cygwin) work well but I can't
execute remote clients. 

Things happen like this.
1. I fire a telnet connection to the remote machine.
2. I launch xfree on my WinNT machine.
3. On the Linux remote machine i do an
          export DISPLAY=MyMachineIP:0.0
4. On the remote machine I launch an application, say
netscape. I get the following errors:
Xlib: connection to "MyMachineIP:0.0" refused by
server
Xlib: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key       
Error: Can't open display: MyMachineIP:0.0            


5. On local machine, in the dos window openned by
xfree upon launch I get:
AUDIT: Mon Apr 23 14:23:33 2001: 318 XWin: client 3
rejected from IP TheRemoteMachineIP port 1068
  Auth name: MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 ID: -1

Things work fine if I use MIX as xserver.
What is the problem?
