Ignore those messages.

You most likely extracted the Cygwin/XFree86 tarballs using WinZip or
something similar. WinZip does not understand the Cygwin end of line
characters nor does it understand Cygwin symlinks, so using WinZip to
extract the tarballs causes corruption in the extracted files.
