Some problems - again

Hi there

Two notes to test releases (I think real bugs)

Test 33, 32 (possibly 31) doesn't work with 8bit color depth see the
output:

$ XWin  -screen 0 1280 1024 -depth 8 -engine 4 -query 129.1.1.101 -kb -once
-fullscreen
ddxProcessArgument () - screen - argc: 14 i: 1
winAllocatePrivates () - g_ulServerGeneration: 0 serverGeneration: 1
winDetectSupportedEngines () - Windows NT/2000
winDetectSupportedEngines () - DirectDraw installed
winDetectSupportedEngines () - Allowing PrimaryDD
winDetectSupportedEngines () - DirectDraw4 installed
winDetectSupportedEngines () - Returning, supported engines 0000000f
winSetEngine () - Using user's preference: 4
winAdjustVideoModeShadowDDNL () - FullScreen, using command line depth: 8
winAllocateFBShadowDDNL () - Could not create shadow surface 80070057
winFinishScreenInitFB () - Could not allocate framebuffer
winScreenInit () - winFinishScreenInit () failed

Fatal server error:
Couldn't add screen 0

This works fine for 32bit color depth. And this worked fine for test30,
too.

Test 33 only - when I switch from XServer to another application and back
(using Alt+Tab combination), the screen is not refreshed and there is
following error message in the DOS (or bash) window:
winBltExposedRegionsShadowDDNL () - MapWindowPoints () failed
winKeybdReleaseModifierKeys - Releasing VK_LMENU
winBltExposedRegionsShadowDDNL () - MapWindowPoints () failed
winKeybdReleaseModifierKeys - Releasing VK_LMENU

And the question again - HOW TO TELL THE XSERVER TO CHANGE LOCALE? I know
how to change kayboard layout, but HOW TO TELL XSERVER TO USE 8859-2 FONTS
(Latin-2 - Central and Eastern Europe) instead of 8859-1 (Latin 1 - Western
Europe and USA, I guess)? Is this possible?

Thanks
Pavel
