The Development Snapshots is the otherway.
One difference I noticed though, Cygwin v 1.0 Cygwin1.dll does
not has AF_UNIX (sys/un) while Dev Snapshots do? If had coupled of
X applications compiled with AF_UNIX, which gave error with Cygwin v
1.0
Cygwin1.dll. But, AF_UNIX feature is not used by most of the
applications I believe therefore it is not crucial.
