multiple cygwins on same system ?

Subject: multiple cygwins on same system ?

Hi,

        i've try'd to install a second cygwin ( latest version ) byside
        my normal one.
        
        unfortunatly, the setup seems to find the other installed
        packages even if I set a complete new root-directory for the 2nd
        one...
        
        is this possible ? any idea ?
