Access is denied.

At a guess, your sshd doesn't have permissions to execute bash.

Also, please post the output of "mount -m" and
"/bin/ls -1 /proc/registry/HKEY_USERS/*/Software/Cygnus\ Solutions/Cygwin/mounts\ v2/".
