Compiling XEmacs 21.4.17 (was Re: Emacs from cygwin in X mode with no X running)

For the record, here's what works for me to build XEmacs 21.4.17 from
source under cygwin w/o X:

> ./configure --without-x11 --pdump --with-modules=no
> make
