setup.exe blocks installation of other programs

Just a nit, but putting a program named setup.exe on
the desktop can make it impossible to install other software
(e.g. I had problems with ispell), if . is in $PATH. The other
software installs an icon on the desktop; clicking on the
icon causes (indirectly) setup.exe to be invoked, and the
other software expects the system setup.

One could argue that the other software is wrong not
to use an absolute path, or at least to ensure that it
doesn't use a path with . in it, but it really shouldn't
cause problems either if you changed the name from
setup.exe to something like cygwinsetup.exe.
