Installing packages from cygwin Command Line

Hi everyone, well I have been looking into Cygwin, and I want to know if
there is a command line tool to install some of this packages. I wonder if
there is something like apt-get for cygwin or maybe is cygget. Anyhow can
someone give me input into this.
