We absolutely don't recommend using the information at this site.  As
the site mentions (and scores of email response in our email archives),
problems arising from using information on pigtail.net should be directed
to that site.


but there is also the official

/usr/share/doc/Cygwin/openssh.README


This we whole-heartedly recommend and support here!
