  This is a consequence of installing the "gnude"[*] gnu development
environment.

  I'm still in the process of downloading their 75MB monolithic NSIS
installer, so can't tell whether or not it contains sources, but I suspect
they are likely to be violating GPL as well as being 3PPs...
