Soon, will be a bit later.
I got stuck with a lot of perl and clisp issues,
and proper postgresql testing needs some time.

Yes, I was wrong with my idea of providing an empty libpq5-8.2.5-1.
I fixed the name when testing again.

libpq5-8.0.7-1 is ok for this minor dependency fix.
