Ah, right. In that case, it would probably be best to do:
cygcheck /usr/bin/emacs-X11.exe
cygcheck /usr/bin/emacs-nox.exe
I don't think cygcheck can resolve a symlink.
(I'm not near a Windows machine to test right now)
