Compiling cdrkit-1.1.7.1-1 --> cygcmake??

I have installed all the build/runtime requirements and I get the
following?output while trying to compile cdrkit:

This problem seems to be discussed here:

But I don't see how I have to fix it? What .cygport? Anyone has more
info on this?
