Cygwin toolchain now available for Fedora 17

Subject: Cygwin toolchain now available for Fedora 17

The Cygwin cross-compiler toolchain is now available for Fedora 17 i686 and x86_64; Fedora 15 and 16 remain supported as well. The fedora-cygwin-release-3-1.noarch.rpm package, available from multiple locations, will enable the necessary repos for using this toolchain.
