In theory the cygcheck executable should have been linked against the
static libz.a, not against zlib1.dll. This is what happens when I build
cygcheck on my Linux box. I also just tried to build on Cygwin with the
same result.
If you set the environment variable CCWRAP_VERBOSE and then rebuild
cygcheck.o and cygcheck.exe, what's the entire output of `make'?
