Hi,
a commercial medical program is needed to be displayed in -multiwindow
mode on WinXP. Latest cygwin 1.7.5 (installed 3 days ago) seens so work. But
child windows are opened in maximum size and these windows can't be resized.
The X (close) and the other two symbols are not shown. The window can be
moved. Other programms of the linux distribution with child windows work
correctly. Only the commercial medical programm makes problems.
parameters: -multiwindow -ac
BTW: Xming with same parameters as Xserver works fine!!! But has not
shared memory (shm-MIT) :( So we need cygwin.
any help will be appreciated.
First, you want to send this to the cygwin-xfree list. That list handles
Cygwin-X issues. Second, please review the problem reporting guidelines
found here - <http://cygwin.com/problems.html>. This will help make your
problem report as useful as possible to those that want to help.
