Re: autorebase.bat stalls during setup-x86.exe

I don't know what happened, but the above looks like a broken
installation.  cp, rm, mkdir are part of coreutils and this should
always be installed.  Maybe the easiest way out is an installation
from scratch and to copy only your local changes and home dir over
afterwards.
