Sorry.
I replied to my previous post (
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2014-01/msg00262.html ) with the Sent
folder of GMail.
So I thought the mail subject is meaningful enough on the thread.
But in fact "References" field of mail header was not appended.
Because that was just an accident, sorry.
