I just tries to use the memory-leak detection built into gcc.
I have the latest v5.3.0 from the regular x64 setup.
I get:
/bin/ld: cannot find -llsan
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
I do not see any lsan (or tsan) in my cygwin64 directories.
