Console unit converter

description:

Converts quantities expressed in various scales to their equivalents in other scales. Handles multiplicative scale changes as well as nonlinear conversions such as Fahrenheit to Celsius or wire gauge. Comes with an annotated, extendable database defining 7000+ units, including 170+ nonlinear units, and 125 prefixes, using ten systems of units including SI. Also comes with updatable data for 180+ currencies, including crypto, and precious metals prices, plus US CPI Consumer Price Index, which may all be updated using units_cur.
